A Highly Personalized Learning Experience
Students who study MENA Languages because they love to learn languages and want to become a proficent Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, or Turkish speaker will experience courses that are highly personalized, relevant, engaging and fun. The Program places a high priority on fostering personal contact between faculty and students and strives to maintain small class sizes that allow active and interactive learning. The majority of courses are taught by full-time faculty members, all of whom are also involved in student advising. We encourage students to explore the pages in this section to find answers to most common questions about the Foreign Language Proficiency Requirement and signing up for the appropriate course.
